Excel Machine Technologies was established on January 1, 1998 by Dave DeFries.  Dave was previously part owner of Wilbar Manufacturing.  Excel Machine Technologies is a contract job shop supplying custom machined and fabricated parts to a variety of companies in the area.  Our staff is also capable of designing or reverse engineering unique parts to our customer's specifications. Our machinery consists of a full range of conventional machines as well, as the most modern CNC machining technology.  We are experienced working with all types of steel, titanium, hastelloy and AL6XN.  We also do machining in plastics including UHMW, PVC and nylon.  Excel Machine Technologies can also do die and mold repair.  Die repair includes sharpening, aligning and diagnosing problems.  Mold repair includes troubleshooting problem areas and fixing worn areas.  Our shop has 12,000 square feet of floor area.  Excel Machine Technologies employs on average 20-25 people including welders, machinists, salesman, engineers/draftsmen and office personnel.  Our goal at Excel Machine Technologies is to offer our customer a quality product at a competitive price and delivered on time. Our success is due to our satisfied customers and our skilled work force.  As we grow we will continue to upgrade our equipment to meet our customer's needs.
